Roles and permissions
Each team member has a role to control what access they have within the app.
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Viewer | Connects and manages their own personal integrations (iMessage, WhatsApp, etc.). Sees their own contacts and personal notifications only. |
| Manager | Access to company-wide integrations, archived messages, team contacts, and analytics. Can create cases from message threads. Cannot edit billing, team settings, or configuration. |
| Admin | Everything a Manager can do, plus full read/write access to billing, settings, and team member management. |
| Auditor | Read-only across the app. Can review audit logs, message threads, and Configuration Center state without making changes. |
