Roles and permissions

Each team member has a role to control what access they have within the app.

RoleWhat they can do
ViewerConnects and manages their own personal integrations (iMessage, WhatsApp, etc.). Sees their own contacts and personal notifications only.
ManagerAccess to company-wide integrations, archived messages, team contacts, and analytics. Can create cases from message threads. Cannot edit billing, team settings, or configuration.
AdminEverything a Manager can do, plus full read/write access to billing, settings, and team member management.
AuditorRead-only across the app. Can review audit logs, message threads, and Configuration Center state without making changes.
