Getting Started with Comma Compliance
Comma Compliance captures business messages across WhatsApp, Signal, iMessage, and 30+ channels for SEC and FINRA-compliant archiving. This guide walks you through getting up and running.
How it works
Section titled “How it works”- Connect channels - Link your team’s messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Signal, iMessage, Slack, Teams, and more) through organizational or personal integrations.
- Capture messages - Comma automatically captures business messages in full detail without touching personal content.
- Archive compliantly - Messages are stored in WORM-compliant archives with full chain-of-custody documentation.
- Search and discover - Use the dashboard to search, filter, and export archived content for audits or e-discovery requests.
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”- An active Comma Compliance subscription (Basic, Business, or Enterprise)
- Admin access to your organization’s Comma dashboard
- The messaging platforms your team uses
Quick start
