Adding Organizational Integrations

Organizational integrations connect at the platform level and automatically capture messages for all users in your organization. This is the recommended approach for platforms that support admin-level connections.

Organizational integrations are available for platforms that provide admin APIs or workspace-level access, including:

  • Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Chat)
  • Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook)
  • Slack
  • Zoom
  • And additional platforms - check the Integrations page in your dashboard for the full list
  • Comma Compliance admin access
  • Admin credentials for the platform you’re connecting
  • Appropriate API permissions or OAuth consent configured
  1. Log in to the Comma dashboard as an admin
  2. Navigate to Integrations in the top navigation
  3. Find the platform you want to connect under Organizational Integrations
  4. Click Connect
  5. You’ll be redirected to the platform’s authorization page
  6. Sign in with your organization’s admin account
  7. Grant Comma the requested permissions
  8. Once authorized, Comma begins capturing messages for all users in your organization

Each connected integration shows its current status on the Integrations page:

  • Active - Integration is connected and capturing messages
  • Paused - Integration is connected but capture is temporarily paused
  • Error - Something needs attention (check the error message for details)

To disconnect an organizational integration:

  1. Navigate to Integrations
  2. Click the connected platform
  3. Click Disconnect
  4. Confirm the disconnection

Previously captured messages remain in the archive after disconnection.
