Channels & capture is where admins see every channel Comma can capture, turn a channel on for the team, and manage the channels already connected. You reach it from Team > Configuration > Channels & capture. Only admins can connect or disconnect a channel.
Your Connections
Section titled “Your Connections”Per-user account capture. Each user gets a connection prompt for the platform. A master toggle controls whether the channel is offered at all.
Workspace Integrations
Section titled “Workspace Integrations”Tenant-wide capture through an existing OAuth integration (Slack, Zoom, Microsoft 365, and similar) or through partner ingestion (WeCom, Arc Relay).
This section lists your existing workspace integrations and where to manage them. The Configuration Center does not duplicate the OAuth setup screens, so admins continue to use the dedicated integration pages.
