Roles and permissions

Each team member has a role to control what access they have within the app.

Role	What they can do
Viewer	Connects and manages their own accounts under Your Connections (iMessage, WhatsApp, etc.). Sees their own contacts and personal notifications only.
Manager	Access to company-wide integrations, archived messages, team contacts, and analytics. Can create cases from message threads. Cannot edit billing, team settings, or configuration.
Team Administrator	Everything a Manager can do, plus full read/write access to billing, settings, and team member management.
Reviewer	Read-only for compliance review. Can view team data but cannot manage configuration, team members, or billing.
Auditor	Read-only for enterprise or external audit. Can review audit logs, message threads, and Configuration Center state without making changes.
