Offboarding a member
Esta página aún no está disponible en tu idioma.
Offboarding records a member’s departure and what happened to each of their channels. The record is permanent and feeds the Custodian lifecycle report, so an examiner can see when someone left and how their communications were handled.
Only admins can offboard a member.
Offboard a member
Section titled “Offboard a member”On Team Members, the Joined column shows when each member joined.
- Press Offboard on the member. The page shows every consequence before anything is written.
- Choose a disposition for each connected channel. The options come from your audit preparedness settings.
- Enter the departure date and, if you like, a note.
- Press Record offboarding.
The member’s channels are disconnected and the member is removed from the team. Their open review items go to a replacement reviewer when one exists. Otherwise, notifications are left unassigned and peer reviews are canceled.
