Coverage baseline
Esta página aún no está disponible en tu idioma.
The coverage baseline is your record of which members are expected on which required channels, and why any exception exists. The Channel coverage statement reads from it. Where you have certified or overridden an expectation, the statement shows your explanation.
You reach it from Exam readiness > Coverage baseline. Admins can change it. Managers and auditors can read it.
What is listed
Section titled “What is listed”This page lists every member with a gap on a channel your firm requires, in this order:
- Open items: members who still need to connect the channel or respond.
- Members who certified they don’t use the channel.
- Members an admin excused with a manual override.
Members already connected on a channel, and channels marked Firm-managed, are not listed. Outside auditors are never part of the baseline.
Actions for each member and channel
Section titled “Actions for each member and channel”- Certify not used - the member does not use this channel. Your name and note appear in the Channel coverage statement for anyone allowed to see that member.
- Not expected for this member - take the channel off this member’s expected coverage for now, for example during a leave of absence.
- Restore expectation - make the channel expected again.
Changes are added to the baseline’s history rather than replacing earlier entries, so you can see who certified what, and when.
