How much does Comma cost?

Comma Compliance is $33 per user per month. This is a flat fee that includes all channels - there are no per-channel add-ons or hidden costs.

What’s included in the flat fee?

Every subscription includes:

• Archiving across all 30+ supported channels
• Unlimited message capture and storage
• Compliance policy engine with keyword matching
• Search and e-discovery tools
• WORM-compliant storage
• API access
• Dashboard access for compliance officers and supervisors

Are there different plan tiers?

Yes. Comma offers three tiers:

• Basic - Core compliance archiving for small teams
• Business - Advanced policies, reporting, and priority support
• Enterprise - Custom retention, dedicated infrastructure, SLA guarantees, and white-glove onboarding

All tiers include the same channel coverage. The differences are in policy features, support level, and infrastructure options.

Is there a minimum number of users?

Contact sales for current minimums. Comma is designed for firms of all sizes, from small RIAs to large broker-dealers.

Are there annual contracts?

Both monthly and annual billing are available. Annual contracts include a discount. Contact your account representative for details.

What happens if I add users mid-cycle?

New users are prorated for the remainder of the billing period. There is no penalty or setup fee for adding users.
