ChatGPT (OpenAI) integration

Esta página aún no está disponible en tu idioma.

Comma archives ChatGPT Enterprise activity by polling OpenAI’s Compliance API. It is a direct connector you configure from your Comma dashboard - no relay service and no per-user OAuth handshake.

This connector is rolling out behind the AI Archiving feature flag. If you don’t see the ChatGPT card in your dashboard yet, reach out to the Comma team to have it enabled for your org.

  • Conversations from across your ChatGPT Enterprise workspace
  • User prompts and model responses
  • Full metadata: user identity, timestamps, model version, conversation context

Capture polls OpenAI’s Compliance API on a schedule - it is not real-time. A first connect backfills history (see the backfill window below), bounded by OpenAI’s own retention.

  • A ChatGPT Enterprise workspace with the Compliance API enabled
  • Your Workspace ID (looks like workspace-...)
  • A workspace-wide Compliance API key
  1. In Comma, open Integrations - Organizational Integrations and click Connect on the ChatGPT (OpenAI) card.
  2. Give the connection a name (any label that helps you tell connections apart).
  3. Enter your Workspace ID (workspace-...).
  4. Paste the workspace-wide Compliance API key. It is stored encrypted and never shown again - on edit, leaving it blank keeps the saved key.
  5. Set the Backfill window (days). Defaults to 90; raise it to approximate full history, bounded by OpenAI’s retention.
  6. Save. Capture begins on the next scheduled poll.

This connector pulls ChatGPT Enterprise conversations from the OpenAI Compliance API. If you want to archive agentic AI activity - tool calls, tool results, and prompts across multiple AI providers - use Arc Relay instead. The two are complementary: many firms run the ChatGPT connector for end-user ChatGPT usage and Arc Relay for agent workloads.
